The Employers’ Confederation of Aragon (CREA) is a professional
organization made up of the three Aragonese provincial confederations: Huesca
(the Business Confederation of the Province of Huesca, or CEOS); Teruel (the
Teruel Business Confederation, or CET); and Zaragoza (the Confederation of Businessmen
of Zaragoza, or CEZ). Thus CREA is one the most representative business organization
at the spanish level, grouping together close to 170 associations, which means
that around 26,000 Aragonese businesses operate under its wing.
CREA has as a main aim to enhance a balanced development of
Aragon and represent and offer advice to the Aragonese businessmen. We take
part of the Conseils and Committees of the institutions that manage the economic
and social framework of our region, being the Aragonese company voice.
We carry out economical regional reports. We offer advice and technical assistance
to the regional companies in fields such as Internationalisation, business co-operation,
safety at work, training, environment, financial and economical affairs…
We have an important Training centre through which we offer tailored training
of the companies’ and unemployees’ needs. Through our Labour Insertion
Unit we offer to the unemployed individualised orientation and training pathways
to support their labour integration, and we have an employment bolse. We develop
innovative actions and pilot and research projects at a European level in key
fields for Aragon and our companies.
CREA is the host organisation of the Euro Info Centre ES 225 Zaragoza.
